Business Overview

東南水泥股份有限公司 (1110,Southeast Cement) 簡稱東泥,成立於 1956 年。公司早期以生產水泥為主,近年積極轉型為多元化資產控股公司,佈局[[土地開發]]、[[資源再生]]及[[資產租賃]]等領域。高雄廠區已轉型為熟料研磨與水泥儲運中心。透過子公司[[東泥建設]]進行房地產開發,以及與美商[[好市多]] ([[Costco]]) 合作開發高雄亞灣區土地,透過子公司[[東南米樂]]打造「東南米樂 Plaza」商業綜合體。旗下[[東南高良]]則經營資源再生事業,將一般事業廢棄物轉化為綠建材標章之混凝土再生粒料。
